Writing Tip #3: Effective Beginnings

After looking at the overall narrative arc of stories in my last video from “The 3-Minute Writing Teacher,” today’s writing tip focuses on the first key element within that narrative arc—a story’s beginning.

Go ahead. Sit back. Relax. Then take 3 minutes to find out what you can do with your story’s opening lines in order to hook your reader.
